The 3-channel SPI Control Box enables direct integration between a controller and multiple amplifiers, supporting up to three independent single-axis positioners or a multi-axis system with up to three axes. It facilitates high-speed, synchronized communication using a 16-bit data flow, ensuring precise and efficient motion control.
With advanced duplex data transfer and a parallel data shift coordination method, the SPI Control Box enables virtually simultaneous control of all connected axes while maintaining the flexibility to operate each axis individually.
Users can communicate with multiple actuators via the SPI Control Box through either the DP Port (SPI) or the USB-C port. The DP Port allows real-time synchronous data transmission, while the USB-C interface (Ethernet) supports waveform data import and synchronized triggering via Pisoworks. Additionally, users can develop custom interfaces for seamless integration with the SPI Control Box, enhancing adaptability for various applications.
The newest PiSoWorks update (v2.1.0) enables full integration of SPI Control Box and two NV200/D Controllers. The software update and the instruction manual can be downloaded below.
